Digital products delivery: Digital products are typically delivered instantly via download link, email, or your account dashboard. You are responsible for ensuring your device and platform compatibility (e.g., MT4/MT5 version, OS, broker restrictions).
6. Refund policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products/services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive.

12. Software tools, EAs, and automation disclaimer
If we provide EAs/bots/indicators/scripts:
- They may behave differently depending on broker conditions (spread, slippage, execution speed, commissions, leverage, symbol naming).
- They can experience downtime, errors, unexpected behavior, or platform changes.
- You are responsible for testing on demo accounts before live use and monitoring performance.
- We do not guarantee profitability, results, or that the tools will work in all market conditions.
13. No warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non‑infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error‑free, or meet your expectations.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the last 90 days, or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRADEWITHSV, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
